Please Note: Any purchases made during our sales period cannot be repurchased for the same sale price if returned for incorrect size/change of mind reasonings.

RETURNS POLICY & INFORMATION

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind, you will be able to return for a store credit, subject to the following conditions 

– Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your parcel. This is extended to 30 days for International customers. We suggest that all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the timeframe.

– Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached, void of any make up or odours / scents.

 

 

Refunds

In compliance with South African Consumer Law, Mood Bikinis (Pty) Ltd  is not required to provide a refund if you make a wrong selection, need a different size or change your mind. This includes items purchased using Payflex  and Coco

By finalising your order you are agreeing to these terms.

While we take care to ensure that you receive an item that is in perfect condition, sometimes faults can be missed. If you have received a damaged item please ensure we are contacted within 14 days of receiving your parcel. 

In the event that you have received an item with a minor fault, we will first attempt to replace or repair the item. If this is not possible you will be offered the option of a credit note. As per South African Consumer Law a refund for an item with a minor fault is at the companies discretion. 

If you receive an item which is deemed by Mood Bikinis (Pty) Ltd  as having a major fault. It is at the customers discretion to choose a replacement, store credit or a refund.
